Knick Knack
Knick Knack was relinquished to AMCW in 2020 for having an emergency urinary obstruction. Knick Knack was required to have a surgical procedure called a perineal urethrostomy. PU surgery involves surgically opening the urethra and making a new, wider opening for him to urinate from. He has been one young healthy cat since his surgery and hangs out every day at our office.
His favorite spot is in our lobby sunbathing and on top of our cabinets in our treatment area viewing all the different dogs and cats that come into our office. Knick Knack’s favorite time of the day is lunch; he is extremely food motivated and will do anything for treats. Once he’s completed his long work day, he goes home with one of our technicians, Danielle, where he lives the typical indoor cat life. If you see him in the office, feel free to say hi to him.
